The entry deadline for the 2012 Media Super Student Journalist of the Year Awards has been extended to 5pm Friday 25 May!

The awards are open to students who have not previously worked full-time in the industry. Works can include journalism that has been produced for assessment or work that has been published. To be eligible work must have been created between 18 May, 2011 and 25 May, 2012. Entries are accepted in the categories of print, radio, online and television.

The winner will be able to attend 57th Walkley Awards for Excellence in Journalism.
