Fairfax Community Network has advertised two positions for journalists to work on their community newspapers.

The first is a magazine journalist to work on a range of magazine titles, including the Melbourne Times.

Based at Media House in the CBD, the successful candidate will need to be able to generate stories and be experienced in news and feature writing.

The second job is a casual journalist position based in the Dandenong office.

Applicants need to have prior newsroom experience, the ability to generate and write news and features, interviewing skills, and an ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
