To those Melbourne journalism students who couldn’t make it to Sydney to attend this year’s Walkley Media Conference, you haven’t been forgotten.

A little piece of the conference is being brought to you.

New York University’s Jay Rosen, one of the leading thinkers on the future of journalism, is flying down south to have a casual conversation.

The free event will take place today from 3-5pm on the Ground Floor Multi Function Space at 111 Bourke Street.
