Michael Gawenda, former editor-in-chief at The Age, and Walkley award winning journalist will be delivering a lecture at the Wheeler Centre, Melbourne on Thursday 1 March.
Gawenda will be speaking on the relationship between reporters and their interview subjects: do they feel betrayed?
He recently compiled a report looking at this issue in the aftermath of the Black Saturday bushfires, as the inaugural director of the Centre for Advanced Journalism, at the University of Melbourne.
This is a free event, held at the Wheeler Centre, 176 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
